Paul Kaeb
CEO

Paul serves as CEO for KSi Conveyors, Inc., formed by four brothers in 1999. His previous work history includes twelve years as an electrical controls specialist, 15 years as production manager for an extruder and dryer equipment manufacturer and five years as COO at KSi. In addition, Paul owns and operates a family farm in Sabetha, KS. This combination of experience gives Paul a unique understanding of both agricultural issues and the business and equipment needs of those in the seed handling industry. Innovation along with automation allows KSi to be a leader in the Ag industry.

Neal Kellenberger
Director of Finance/CFO

Neal brings many years of experience and education to the Finance and Accounting department.Prior to joining KSi, he worked as a CPA for a regional public accounting firm in Overland Park, KS. Neal received his Bachelor and Masters degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Kansas. Neal is a Christian first, husband second and father third. He is an active member in his local church and enjoys spending time with family and following several sports/teams, in particular, Jayhawk Basketball.

Jason Kaeb
Director of Business Development

A Kansas State University graduate, Jason earned a degree in management information
systems and operations management. Before joining KSi, he worked for Sprint Nextel. Jason has since served in various positions including operations, automation/controls, service and sales. Today, as director of business development, he leverages his broad understanding of the seed handling and treatment industry to provide solutions to end customers, and maintains relationships with some of the largest and most influential companies in the seed industry. Jason was drawn to KSi by not only the innovation and technology they were bringing to the industry but also by the people. Like all small businesses, the success of KSi has always been reliant on the integrity and team work of the employees and this is what continues to drive KSi into the future.
